Our Policy

Reservations​

• Reservations with EGS Performing Princesses cannot be secured until we've received your invoice in full.

Additional Fees

• A travel fee will be included in your invoice for events that are more than 30 minutes away from our location.

• Gratuities for our staff and performers are not required, but greatly appreciated.

• In the event of a rescheduled event, we require 7 days notice - otherwise, a $50 change fee will be applied

Cancellations

• Reservations are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

• In the case of severe weather or an emergency on our part, there will be no change fee to reschedule.
