Cancellation Policy

​Reservations with EGS Performing Princesses cannot be secured until we've received your invoice in full. A travel fee will be included in your invoice for events that are more than 30 minutes away from our location. Gratuities for our staff and performers are not required, but greatly appreciated. In the event of a rescheduled event, we require 7 days notice - otherwise, a $50 change fee will be applied. Reservations are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In the case of severe weather or an emergency on our part, there will be no change fee to reschedule. *By requesting a booking with EGS Performing Princesses, you agree to the terms outlined in our policy.
